No-code composition

Adapt screens and add functions without writing code, with AI assisting the composition.

Why it matters

Metalya Studio is the no-code composition layer of the platform: a drag & drop tool to modify screens and add new functions without programming skills. Customisation can be handled internally, by people who are not IT specialists. AI assists the work, drafting widgets, turning natural-language data questions into charts and suggesting which data entities to use, while people remain in charge of what is built.

  • No code required

Screens and functions are modified with drag & drop, without programming skills.

  • Changes made in-house

Your team adapts the platform, with less reliance on external consultants.

  • AI as an assistant

AI drafts widgets and charts; people review them and decide what is built.

Key features

What it does

  • 01

    Time and cost savings

Easy customisation cuts the time and cost of implementing and adapting the system, with less reliance on external IT consultants for every small change.

  • 02

    Operational agility

Adapt the system quickly to new processes, customer demands, market changes or new regulations.

  • 03

    Tailored to your processes

Every company has its own needs. The platform can be configured internally to fit the specifics of your production environment.

  • 04

    Company autonomy

Managing customisations in-house gives the company full control over its production system and reduces dependence on external suppliers.

  • 05

    Continuous improvement, faster response

Changes can be made regularly and independently, and emerging problems can be addressed quickly, reducing downtime.

  • 06

    Easier adoption

An intuitive, adaptable system shortens the learning curve and helps staff adopt it.

  • 07

    Scalability

As the company grows, the system evolves with it, without costly restructuring or replacement.

  • 08

    AI-assisted composition

AI drafts widgets, turns natural-language questions about data into charts and suggests which data entities to use. You review and refine the result.

AI in Studio

AI that composes on the core — with a person in the loop.

Every AI capability works inside the governed model. Here is what you can use today and what comes next.

  • Available

    Generative BI

Ask a question about production data in natural language; get a chart you can pin to a dashboard.

  • Available

    AI widget drafts

Widget Studio drafts a custom widget from a description, for an expert to review and test.

  • Available

    AI query drafts

The database console drafts queries and functions; every query run is audited.

  • Available

    AI entity search

When binding a widget to data, AI suggests which entities of the model a request refers to.

  • Pilot

    Platform assistant

Answers functional and technical questions from the documentation, with citations; reads attachments such as spreadsheets and PDFs.

  • Coming next

    Flow composition from a request

Describe an experience; Metalya AI proposes a flow, its bindings and actions; a person previews, approves or rolls back.

How it works today

Composition, not code generation.

Studio evolves the no-code Designer that customers and partners use in production today.

  1. 01

    Flows

An experience is a flow: one or more tabs — wizard steps or a dashboard — laid out on a drag-and-drop grid.

  2. 02

    Widgets

A palette of tables, cards, inputs, gauges, charts, SPC, timelines, documents, camera and more. Custom widgets — also drafted by AI.

  3. 03

    Bindings

Each widget reads governed entities through a visual configurator of the data model — with AI suggestions and a live preview.

  4. 04

    Actions

Buttons and inputs trigger existing actions — declare quantity, start downtime, receive goods — or calls to other systems.

  5. 05

    Menus

The flow is placed in the shop-floor or office menu of the people who need it. Export, import and release flows between environments.

What people build

The experience fits the work — not the other way around.

Studio is meant for the people who know the processes best: production, quality and IT staff modify existing screens and compose new ones, without writing code.

  • 01

    Operator terminal

The current stage, its drawing, and the two actions this station needs — nothing else.

  • 02

    Department dashboard

Machine status, output against plan and open stops for one area, refreshing on its own.

  • 03

    Quality form

An inspection that records results and places a lot on hold when it fails.

  • 04

    Supervisor overview

Today’s orders, teams and exceptions for one shift.

  • 05

    Maintenance workflow

Request, analysis and intervention steps as a guided multi-step flow.

  • 06

    Logistics screen

Receiving, handling units and moves at the dock or in the warehouse.

  • 07

    Approval flow

A step that collects a decision and triggers the next action.

  • 08

    Factory mini-app

A small, purpose-built application for a process only your plant has.

Governance

Fast change, controlled.

Authorised design

Only administrators enter design mode. Standard flows can be duplicated and adapted rather than edited in place.

Existing actions

Experiences trigger the same actions as standard screens, so the rules behind a declaration never fork.

Releases

Flows are versioned, exported and imported as packages, and released between environments.

Partners

Certified partners build and maintain experiences for their customers on the same platform. Partner program
